Whether it’s printing, lettering or contour cutting, with most reflective films on the market, your challenges start in the production room!

Reflective: IllumiNITE Wrap™

IllumiNITE Wrap™ uses advanced glass bead technology which delivers brilliant colors that stay true both in the day and at night.  IllumiNITE Wrap is printable across all platforms including Solvent, Eco-Solvent, UV and Latex printers!  It is also plotter friendly and weeds well making excellent pre-spaced reflective lettering! IllumiNITE Wrap features low contact adhesive with an active air egress pattern. This allows it to float over the surface of the vehicle regardless of how color saturated your image is. Colors remain brilliant, even around complex curves!

Contour Cutting Reflective Films

Contour cutting reflective films is typically more difficult than other pressure sensitive vinyl films. Reflective film is thicker and multi-layered containing glass and metal particles. If you are using a printer/cutter hybrid machine to contour cut Illuminite Wrap™, be sure that all heaters (pre, print, and post) are turned off and allowed to cool to room temperature before you begin. It is important that you use a blade with a 45° angle and adjust the plotter’s speed and cutting force.  These settings can be found at Arlon.com, Tips and Tricks #40 – Contour Cutting and Laminating Printed Vinyl.

IllumiNITE Wrap™ is the perfect choice of digital reflective film for ease in production, preparation, and application!  When you use the right reflective film, all aspects of production become easier. Give your graphics the night shift!
